Shippng Policy
Delivery within Switzerland
Delivery is currently available throughout Switzerland and will align with Swiss Post postage rates according to the final weight of the package. For all standard deliveries within Switzerland, the current minimum cost will be CHF8.50.
Free delivery may be possible on request and only with agreement, strictly within the vicinity of Nyon, between the towns of Etoy and Founex and higher between St Cergue and Aubonne. Please make your request clear at the time of order. While all efforts will be made to meet your request, there may be times when free delivery is not possible, in which case the standard Swiss Post delivery charges will apply.
Collection
Orders can be collected by arrangement and directly from the workshop in Etoy. Please contact me if you wish to collect your order.
International Delivery
Please contact me before placing your order. Delivery costs will be calculated on the final weight of the parcel and according to Swiss Post delivery charges. Payment of all import duties that may be incurred will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
Soap
Due to the nature of the product, we are not able to accept returns. We strive to ensure that each individual bar is in perfect condition before dispatch to be sure of our customer's complete satisfaction. If, however, your expectations are not met, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Crochet
We strive to ensure that each unique crochet item is in perfect condition before dispatch to be sure of our customer's complete satisfaction. If, however, your expectations are not met, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Please note that a return will only be granted on an item that has been defective and not for an item that has been damaged during use. All postage costs for the return will be at the cost of the customer.
Exchange
Soap
As we are not able to accept any returns, we are not able to implement an exchange for soap.
Crochet
If you have changed your mind and wish to exchange your crochet item, please contact us to discuss the possibilities. An exchange can only be agreed for undamaged items that have not been used. All postage costs for the exchange will be at the cost of the customer.
Important note: exchanges can not be accepted for crochet face cloths.
